Process (UX design)
1
Discovery
Audited the existing internal site — identified outdated content, navigation gaps, and design inconsistencies limiting cross-department engagement.
2
Define
Clarified goals with department stakeholders: modernize the visual design, improve information architecture, and increase site reach to other Honda divisions.
3
Design
Designed all page layouts in Figma — created wireframes and high-fidelity mockups reflecting a clean, modern aesthetic aligned with Honda's internal brand standards.
4
Build
Implemented the approved designs directly in Microsoft SharePoint, translating Figma layouts into functional SharePoint pages using available web parts and customization options.
5
Launch & Handoff
Updated all department content, published the redesigned site, and handed off documentation so the team could maintain and update pages going forward.
